While his duties with Carroll Campbell and Associates do not include lobbying, clients who may need lobbying support are free to contract directly with Mr. Munn for that service. With more than thirty years of experience supporting the public policy goals of for a wide range of clients, Mr. Munn’s past client list includes some of the most important individuals, companies and organizations in South Carolina. His direct efforts include operations in South Carolina and Washington, D.C. for local, state and federal legislative concerns.
Mr. Munn worked closely with Governor Carroll Campbell, Jr. and was
instrumental in the passage of the Tax and
Spending Legislation and the
South Carolina Tort Reform Act. One of Mr. Munn's highest
profile successes came with the passage of the Sunday Sales of Alcoholic Beverage Legislation. His
lobbying efforts have impacted the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, the
South Carolina Medical Association, Workers' Compensation and the taxation,
insurance, financial and gaming sectors of South Carolina. While at the South Carolina
Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Munn was the lead lobbyist for 7 years, representing
more than 3000 members of the Chamber.
