Columbia, SC-- Carroll Campbell and Associates is pleased to announce the establishment of its new offices in South Carolina.  Russell Munn and Nikki Hutchison, both established lobbying specialists, will anchor the offices in Columbia and will be joining the firm from Munn and Associates.
