His direct efforts include operations in South Carolina and Washington, D.C. for local, state and federal legislative concerns. Mr. Munn worked closely with Governor Carroll Campbell, Jr. and was instrumental in the passage of the Tax and Spending Legislation and the South Carolina Tort Reform Act. One of Mr. Munn's highest profile successes came with the passage of the Sunday Sales of Alcoholic Beverage Legislation.
